Placing a Ministry of Manpower order in Singapore just got simpler



We’ve made the first step in automating the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) checkout page. If someone places an order using an email address that’s not in our system, their account is now created automatically—no delays, no manual setup required.
This removes one of the last bits of friction in the MOM ordering process, especially for clients onboarding new hires or unfamiliar users.

Many MOM orders are submitted by individuals who don’t yet have accounts—especially when employers are trialling the service or running it outside HR. Previously, these orders stalled until the back office created an account manually.
Now, that friction point is gone. The process is faster, cleaner, and ready for scale.
