Improvements to Uploading Documents
We have improved candidate experience in uploading documents, helping you to gather documents and complete checks more quickly.
These are the following checks that have been enhanced in the past month:
AU AFP check: A separate, dedicated document upload section for AFP documents has been created.
NZ Police Vetting check: ‘Marriage Certificate’ option has been removed from the candidate instructions.
NZ Ministry of Justice Criminal check: We are now asking for only one document (Passport, NZ Driving License, or NZ firearms licence.)
Address check: A separate, dedicated "Address Check Documents” upload section has been created.
Driving Licence check: Driving licence document upload is now linked to the Driving Licence Check. We now ask for a document upload only if the Driving Licence Check is ordered, and if candidates select “Yes” to "Do you hold a current driving licence?". Both sides of the licence document are now required.
New "Supporting Documents" upload page: This has replaced the current "Documents" upload page and will simplify candidate understanding of required document submissions with clearer instructions and purpose.
Duplicate avoidance: For candidate convenience and clarity, any documents already uploaded in one of the other document upload sections, but required on the “Supporting Documents” page will automatically appear as uploaded.
