To solve this challenge, we’ve introduced a new feature to the first page of all PDF reports: a dedicated column that clearly shows the stage of each background check. Now, each check will have its own progress label, such as:
- In Progress
- Completed
- No Response
These labels help you immediately understand where each check stands, without needing to dig deeper into the report. This means less time spent interpreting data and more time focusing on what matters—making the right hiring decisions.
