We’ve rolled out a visual refresh of Oneform. While this update reflects Veremark’s new brand identity, the more important story is what it means for your candidates: a smoother, more consistent experience that reduces friction and confusion.

What’s changed
- Improved structure for key fields
The Previous Name and Social Media fields are now split into separate steps in criminal record checks. This eliminates ambiguity around what’s required and when, especially for international candidates with more complex histories. - Simplified interface
The refreshed design introduces new typography, colours, and layout choices that make the form easier to read and navigate—particularly on mobile. - Consistent navigation across check types
Previously, some sections were laid out differently depending on the check. This update standardises those workflows to reduce errors and improve speed.
