The two companies have structured the offering around three tiers, each designed for a different type of aviation role.
The Airside Professional tier is built for pilots, cabin crew and engineers. By the time a candidate reaches airside clearance, the groundwork is done: identity verified, five continuous years of employment confirmed, qualifications checked and references in. Employers shorten the path to a cleared hire, and candidates move through onboarding on stronger footing. CTC/GSAT airside vetting remains with the relevant aviation or government authority and sits separately in the workflow, keeping responsibilities clearly drawn.
The Ground / Executive Professional tier is for roles where trust is the job: ground operations leadership, management and executive hires. Seven years of employment history, professional qualifications, financial and directorship checks, and adverse media screening give employers the full picture on people about to take on commercial, operational or financial authority.
The à la carte tier covers everything outside the standard bundles. Right-to-work, sanctions, social media and other checks can be added on a per-role basis, so contractors, region-specific hires and one-off requirements fit the same workflow as the core bundles.
