The feature allows you to view the expiration time of your 'Requested' orders clearly. Additionally, you have the option to extend 5 times the expiration date of the order by 10 calendar days if necessary.
Upon placing a 'Requested' order, the expiration time will be set to 30 calendar days from the order placement date.
When it’s left 7 days, the expiration date, time, and time zone will be clearly displayed to prevent any confusion. If a request is expired, the status will be shown as 'Expired'.
To extend the expiration date, clients can click on the '...' icon next to the order and select the option to extend.
Clients will receive email notifications when a request has expired, and when a request is not possible to reactivate anymore
Upon starting the oneform, candidates will see a persistent timer indicating the submission deadline for your application.
They will also receive email notifications when a request is nearing its expiration date (7 calendar days before expiration) and when a request is reactivated by the client.
